Captain Misha, in Shanghai, receives a warning from an informant just before his demise, revealing the assailant's mystical ability to heal rapidly. Reporting to Colonel Azad, Misha is tasked with recruiting former court-martialed soldiers, Firoz (Freddy) and Rakesh (Rocky), for the mission.
While Rocky agrees to join, Freddy declines, still nursing wounds from past humiliations. In London, Misha and Rocky enlist the help of an IT specialist named Parminder, alias Pam. Meanwhile, Azad arrives but falls victim to a gunshot from the masked villain. The team infiltrates a London subway to recover the stolen payload. Just as defeat seems imminent, Freddy arrives, engaging the masked assailants. Unlocking the vault, they discover the payload is a woman named Priya, holding encrypted codes to a defense system named Karan Kavach. However, Priya is abducted by the masked assailant, revealed as Kabir, a former ally of the duo.
In a flashback, Kabir's betrayal is unveiled, stemming from his desire to weaponize clones of Freddy and Rocky. Priya alerts the team, leading to a confrontation where Kabir's clone, Eklavya, is killed. Back in the present, Kabir reveals his plan to launch airstrikes, tarnishing India's reputation. Freddy and Rocky battle their clones, ultimately defeating them using a power grid. They confront Kabir, killing him and averting the airstrike by activating Karan Kavach with Priya's help. As the team reunites, Kabir's survival is hinted at, leaving the story open-ended for future adventures.
